Celebrating Our Twelfth Year

In 1994 a group of concerned Bellevue residents were made aware by the Bellevue Ministerial Association that there was a huge need for decent, affordable housing for low-income families. With the support and prayers of volunteers, Habitat for Humanity of Sarpy County became an affiliate of Habitat International in February 1996 and . . .

RESULTS:

Houses have been built or rehabilitated by volunteers providing twenty-one families and children, places to call HOME. Our aggressive schedule for this year is to build 4 more new homes which we have just started one & rehabbing an old farmhouse at 25th & Rose Lane.

HOW THIS HAPPENED:

Churches, businesses, civic groups, and individuals contributed money for building supplies. Volunteers worked on committees to secure land, and to search for "partner" families, and volunteers worked to construct the houses.

WHAT NOW:

We need your financial help, your physical help and your leadership towards our next house. Together we can help our fellow man and ourselves to a happier, richer life.
