Habitat's mission and goals are a direct reflection of the urgent need for decent and affordable housing in our community, especially among lower-income families. We are efficient with much of our work being carried out by volunteers and with ninety percent of dollars received going directly into building houses. Habitat for Humanity is unique in that we provide a lasting and permanent solution to a family's housing crisis. We believe that as many families as possible should have the opportunity to own a home. We are always looking for affordable and buildable lots.
