The Youths for
Sarpy Habitat Award is for youths aged 16 and under who want to help
achieve the mission of Sarpy Habitat. To become an award recipient,
youths must complete the following: Learn about Sarpy Habitat, Act
to help Sarpy Habitat, Reflect on Sarpy Habitat, and Celebrate their
accomplishment by turning in their Youths for Sarpy Habitat
Participation form.

Members of the award will be sent a certificate stating they have
earned participation in the Youths for Sarpy Habitat Award Program.

To become an official member of
the Youths for Sarpy
Habitat Award, you must complete the four steps to club
participation,
which are:
Learn, Act, Reflect, and Celebrate!

To be eligible for
participation, this form must be completed and turned into the Habitat for Humanity
of Sarpy County. If Sarpy Habitat accepts this form as true and complete, a
certificate of participation will be mailed to the youth.
